Return & Refund

At HOUSE OF IVNAT, we take immense pride in creating exquisite and timeless pieces of jewellery. We are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. Upon receiving your order, each product goes through thorough quality checking before shipment. However, we understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, certain issues might occur during transit.

We accept Returns and Exchanges ONLY in the following instances:

  • Product (s) delivered is different from the one ordered
  • Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt

Therefore we have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video of the product when you received it. 

Follow the steps given below to initiate Return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Send us the request to return along with the unboxing video to our email contact@houseofivnat.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Once our team approves the return, you will receive our confirmation. After this, ship the items to the address mentioned below within 5 days of the return request approval. Note, that the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service to send back the product and don't forget to share the tracking details with us on our email. In the event, we do not receive the package, we will request for POD(proof of delivery). Please ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the return package:

  • You will be notified once we receive the returned package and after quality checking we will provide you a credit coupon which will be equivalent to the value of the returned product (after applicable deductions). 

Mode of Refund:

  • We provide refund as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is equivalent to the the value of the returned item (after applicable deductions). This coupon can be applied one-time to purchase any item from our website in 1 year span from the date of issue. 

Applicable Deductions:

  • In case Prepaid orders, ₹100 for forward shipping as well as 5% PG (payment gateway) charges will be deducted.
  • In case of COD orders, ₹150 shipping charges will be deducted. 

Cancellation policy

Orders are only eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of order placement. 

  • We will call for the confirmation of order in case of COD( cash on delivery).
  • In case of prepaid orders, refund will be provided after deducting 5% PG (payment gateway) charges.
